How the three checks work
Practical details: class name, audience, date/time and location are checked against the wording you supply. Whole words or phrases are matched, ignoring case and repeated whitespace. Different wording is not inferred. An empty fact is reported as unknown; a missing supplied phrase is quoted in its note. Only confirmed facts can be proposed as additions.
Sentence length: sentences end at a period, question mark, exclamation mark (including 。!?) or line break. Words are separated by whitespace; a hyphenated word counts as one. Exactly 30 words passes; 31 or more gets a note with the exact passage. Abbreviations and decimal points can split a sentence. The note asks for your own revision.
Booking: the same phrase check looks for your supplied booking instruction. Confirm it to make a missing instruction available as an addition.
These are writing checks, not an assessment of your teaching or health claims. A wording match does not verify a fact. Accepting appends the previewed line; it never replaces your existing words. Run review again to check the resulting text.
Length: each announcement can contain up to 20,000 characters, including spaces and line breaks. Longer text cannot be reviewed and is kept intact so you can shorten it. An addition that would exceed the limit is not inserted. Export can still save your current wording.
