The center line marks the fold. Each A4 half is 148.5 × 210 mm; page layout stays fixed as you edit.

Folding & nesting guide

  1. 1. Fold both sheets

    Print outer front and back on one sheet, inner front and back on the other. Fold each sheet down the center, between the pages.

  2. 2. Nest inner inside outer

    Keep page 1 outside as the front cover and page 8 as the back cover. Slip the folded inner sheet inside, aligning both folded edges.

  3. 3. Check pages 1–8

    Turn through the booklet in reader order. Pages 4 and 5 meet in the center. Crease firmly; staple along the fold if you like.

Make a pencil-numbered paper dummy first. Use A4 landscape, actual size / 100%, and turn off browser headers and footers. Check your printer’s paper feed and back-side orientation with a trial sheet; duplex settings vary by printer.
