Start at Hadrian’s Gate and walk to Yivli Minare, descending to the harbour before the park break. This links the upper and lower levels of the old town in one direction.
Leave time for the climb back from the harbour.

Start at the park at 17:00 and descend to the harbour. On short November–February days, use the first stop for the view; after dark, follow lit main paths and keep away from the cliffs.

Getting there & around
Walk within Kaleiçi, allowing for the climb back from the harbour. Lower Düden lies east and Konyaaltı west. Arrange a vehicle for the day combining Perge and Aspendos.

Around Kaleiçi is convenient for the central walk; for driving days, discuss narrow-street access and parking with your accommodation in advance.
What to eat, when to visit

Shade is scarce at Perge and Aspendos in summer, so visit the ruins in the morning. In cooler months, shorten cliff-top walks according to rain and wind.

Separate distant stops
Allow two hours for the gateway, street and agora; preserve the hour for the drive to Aspendos rather than walking to the closed theatre.
Arrange transport to Perge and Aspendos; keep the coastal parks optional on that day.
Check admission
The 90-minute theatre visit leaves out the acropolis and aqueduct, which need additional walking and driving time.
Perge’s theatre is closed; visit the open parts of the archaeological site.
Keep time for breaks
Rest on the benches after climbing from Kaleiçi; walking between the three terraces makes a manageable short break.
Use the lunch allowance after Aspendos before the harbour walk.
