HISTORY & ARCHITECTURAL CONTEXT

At Kaputaş, a small beach lies where a narrow gorge meets the sea. The Kaş–Kalkan road passes above it, with a long staircase down to the shore. High rock walls frame an open sea, so the sheltered-looking cove can still have strong waves.

Why visit

See the narrow cove between the coast road and the sea.

VISITOR TIP — WHAT NOT TO MISS

The return climb can be tiring; stay ashore if the sea is rough.
